| Room Not Available message when attempting to log into the event |
Confirm the date and start time of the event. Try again when closer to your event date and time. A presenter must be in the room in order for participants to join.

| How do I clear the cache for my Internet browser? |
These vary by browser. IE 7, for example, can be cleared by Tools, Internet Options, then on the General tab Delete Browsing History. Note - this will erase saved passwords, etc.

| What is the difference between Teleconference and VOIP? |
Teleconference implies an audio conference. VOIP, voice over IP, is the delivery of the audio by the carrier.

| Can I still attend the webcast if I do not have speakers? |
Yes but if no bridge is provided the sound is in the stream and you will therefore not hear the presenters.
